1. Refund Period
We offer a 14-day refund period for most purchases, measured from the date of purchase or service date. After 14 days, refunds are not available unless the purchase is non-delivery or misrepresented.

- Digital guides (PDF downloads)
- Consultation sessions not yet completed
- Workshop registrations
- Membership plans (refund for current month only)
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Completed consultation sessions
- Downloaded guides after 14 days
- Workshop sessions already attended
- Membership months beyond the current month
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@rejuvenateclearm.world with your order number and reason for requesting a refund. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Transaction fees or payment processor charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation of Services
Consultations: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee.
Memberships: Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us. Your membership ends at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds apply.
7. Exceptions
We may decline refunds if we determine the request is frivolous, misrepresented, or made in bad faith. We reserve the right to offer alternative compensation (such as alternative materials or rescheduling) instead of a refund in certain circumstances.
8. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Under UK consumer law, you have rights to goods/services that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If you believe a purchase does not meet these standards, you may escalate your complaint beyond this policy.
